Welcome to PMI Gujarat Chapter
It is our great pleasure to welcome all members of PMI Gujarat, India Chapter and those that are accessing our website! This is the right time to thank all volunteers and PM Community of Gujarat who has contributed immensely to keep the baton of Project Management alive in Gujarat, more specifically in Ahmedabad and Vadodara, under the umbrella guidance of PMI Mumbai Chapter. Your contribution has made everyone realize the potential lies in the Gujarat and nearby union territories (Diu, Daman, Silvassa, and Dadra Nagar Haveli) and hence, the formation of PMI’s Gujarat Chapter.
We take opportunity to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to our regional mentor, PMI Asia Specific team and PMI Mumbai Chapter BODs for extending their support and guidance to realize the dream of establishing the PMI Gujarat, India Chapter.
PMI Gujarat, India Chapter is registered under the Bombay Society Act and governed by the Board of Directors that founded the trust. PMI Gujarat, India Chapter is also registered under the Act pf the Public Charitable Trust of Gujarat State on 08th July 2020.
The focus of the PMI Gujarat, India Chapter is to advance values and practices of Project Management and inculcate Project Management culture in the region, thereby developing and strengthening the PM community across the state.

Dear Project Management community of Vibrant Gujarat.
On behalf of PMI Gujarat Chapter Board, I would like to express sincere gratitude for giving us an opportunity to serve the membership and thriving Project Management community of our vibrant state.
Gujarat Chapter was founded in 2020, with the vision “To be recognized as the organization of choice among PM professional across Gujarat, by evangelizing Project Management within the state”. Despite COVID slow-downs and related aftereffects during its initial years, we have come a long way on our mission of becoming a professional institute, that is strongly committed in growing project management awareness and knowledge across the region. Our relentless efforts to thrive best towards achieving our vision made us a proud recipient of a very prestigious PMI global recognition – “Chapter of the Year – 2022”, in our early stage among PMI’s 300+ chapters globally.

As our chapter now enters its growth stage, one of our objectives is to facilitate project management related learning and skill development opportunities for all personnel working and/or interested in field of project management, irrespective of their domain, from academia to industry, and professionals as well as students; and we serve that through various Project Management framework and tools related training and workshops.
Along with that, we consciously focus on developing an ecosystem of project management professionals, for all to connect and collaborate on various project management related challenges and opportunities. For that, every year, we arrange various project management related events like project management forums, networking sessions and conference. We have truly evolved as a network of professionals, where members get to learn, share and care, and grow together!
I welcome all fellow Project Management professionals of Gujarat to join PMI’s Gujarat Chapter, and be part of our goal to build a sound platform that connects and strengthens state’s Project Management community as a whole.
Further, as PMI Gujarat Chapter continues its growth journey, it also brings ample of opportunities for everyone to grow by contributing as a Volunteer. Each of our board member is volunteer and so are 40+ active contributors that are working hand-in-hand with the leaders to fulfil chapter’s vision.
