Our Mission
- Evangelize Project Management across the industry, academia, community, and government
- Provide a forum for project management professionals to promote the principles and ethical standards of PMI
- Become a networking platform for project management practitioners to share project experiences and best practices
- Impart project management training and enable various PMI certifications
- Promote the development of leadership skills among its volunteer leaders, member’s and society at large and thereby enhancing the quality of life
Objectives
- To assist & facilitate the activities of PMI as its Gujarat Chapter
- Advance the mission and objectives of PMI within our area of operation
- Develop a growing and committed membership of local PM Professionals through an aggressive recruiting plan
- Promote PM principles and techniques among local businesses, universities and professional associations
- Support and enhance PM Professionalism by developing and providing quality programs as per the regional project needs
- Create and deliver educational programs that strengthen local PM Professionals’ knowledge, skills and support the PMI Professional Certification Program
- Provide a forum to meet and exchange ideas with fellow professionals
- Bring forth Chapter publications to provide a source of constant information in PM and forum for members to share their experiences and case studies on PM
